Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing my products at www.Phashely’sOrganics.com operated by Phashely’s Organics.

Due to the nature of my business and the products I sell, any skin or hair related products are not refundable. Any accessories may be eligible for a refund.

For items that are eligible for refund, you must return the item you have bought to me within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. You will have to pay for shipping, and it must be sent with USPS.

If any of my products arrive damaged, or contaminated in any way, please contact me right away and I will be happy to send you a free replacement.
